So it is fitting that this year's Annual Conference will take place in the nation’s capital, an appropriate and timely location to offer conference attendees a chance to hear one of NPR’s most savvy political correspondents share her take on what the mid-term elections mean for women in the workplace and gender parity in politics.
Opening Keynote Session
An experiential learning exploration that leverages the difference between “learning about” and “having an experience of” to create a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of effective leadership. With a musical instrument provided for each participant to use during the session, this program uses rhythm and music as a metaphor to explore critical leadership competencies.
